Balakot  is a town in Mansehra District in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. The town was destroyed during the 2005 Kashmir earthquake.

I’d say Shinkiari is one of those hidden places of Pakistan that not many people are aware of, I once went there when I was around one or two.
